CAA Rescue

The picture above was taken during a rescue last year in the month of September. A woman had 29 cats in her two bedroom house and the cats were not well taken care of. They were mangy, dirty, and living in their own fecies. We removed all twenty-nine cats from the home since the woman was not a suitable cat owner and brought the cats back to the CAA to be groomed and readied for adoption. After being prepped, we found all of the cats good homes and families.

Oreo, the cat in the picture above, was abused by her owners and shot with a bow and arrow. It was reported anonymously to us, the CAA, and we rescued her. The CAA took Oreo, and all the other animals that could possibly be harmed, out of the owners home to be brought back to CAA headquarters. After being put through numerous surgeries and completing recovery, Oreo was adopted by a loving family and is happy.

The kittens in the picture were brought to the CAA because they were found abandoned. Their mother had left them, or maybe passed away, and the kittens were left to fend for themselves. Luckily, a family found them and knew something was wrong. After discovering that the kittens had no home or mother, they brought them to the CAA to be taken care of.

One of our main concers at the CAA is to make sure that we help any cat that we can. So if you know of a cat, or cats, that need to be rescued, please contact the Cat Adoption Agency as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help. Below are individual rescues done by the CAA. We were fortunately able to save all of the cats and find them loving homes.
